I am Advocate Jince T. Thomas, widely recognized as Cyber Jince — a Cyber Crime Lawyer, Financial Crime Lawyer, Digital Forensic Examiner, and Cyber Fraud Analyst. I practice at the High Court of Kerala, appear across courts in India, and consult internationally, handling a wide spectrum of civil and criminal matters. While I am experienced in diverse areas of litigation, I proudly say that my domain expertise lies in the digital space where law meets technology.

I also serve as Assistant Commander (Hon.) at Kerala Police Cyberdome, where I contribute to strengthening digital safety and investigative capabilities. In recognition of my contributions, the Kerala Police honoured me with the Top Contributor Award in Cyberdome in 2010 and 2012. My work has earned further distinction for successfully recovering hacked accounts for leading YouTubers, media organizations, and law enforcement agencies, establishing me as a trusted cyber legal tech expert in South India.

One of the biggest achievements of my life and career was being a TEDx 2026 Speaker, introduced as the Digital Defender. I have addressed 500+ venues from massive public awareness seminars, trainings to corporate panels empowering audiences with practical insights on cyber safety and digital responsibility. Alongside my practice, I am actively researching advanced cybercrime and artificial intelligence, pioneering strategies to address emerging threats in the digital era.
